01 THE BASICS

  • Second Round Mobile Bar Co. provides professional bartending service, bar setup, mixers, fresh ingredients, garnishes, and other selected essentials — while you provide the alcohol. We’ll help you plan what to purchase based on your guest count, menu, and event.

  • No. As a dry-hire bartending service, alcohol is purchased and provided by the client. We’ll take the guesswork out of it by helping you determine what and how much to buy.

  • Yes. Second Round Mobile Bar Co. is insured, and our bartending services are provided in accordance with applicable California requirements. Responsible beverage service is an important part of every event.

  • We’re available for weddings, birthdays, corporate events, showers, private parties, and other special occasions.

02 YOUR BAR

  • Your exact inclusions depend on the service option you choose, but may include professional bartending, our mobile bar setup, fresh juices and house-made syrups, mixers, garnishes, ice, bar tools, cocktail planning, and setup and breakdown.

  • Absolutely. We can help create a cocktail menu that complements your event, preferences, and overall vibe — including signature drinks designed specifically for your occasion.

  • Yes. Mocktails and zero-proof options can be incorporated into your menu so everyone has something thoughtfully made to enjoy.

  • Once we know your guest count, event length, and drink menu, we can provide a recommended shopping list and quantities. You’ll purchase the alcohol directly, so any unopened bottles remain yours after the event.

  • Every event is different, so each quote is tailored to your specific needs. Pricing is based on factors like guest count, event location, service time, menu selections, and overall scope of service. This way, you’re only paying for what your event actually requires.

03 BOOKING & EVENTS

  • We recommend reaching out as soon as you have your event date secured, especially for weekends and peak event seasons. Last-minute inquiries are always welcome when availability allows.

  • Start by submitting an inquiry with a few details about your event. We’ll discuss your bar needs, create a customized quote, and once you’re ready to move forward, a signed agreement and retainer will secure your date.

  • Yes! We serve events throughout Orange County, Los Angeles County, and San Diego County. Travel fees may apply depending on the event location.

  • We understand plans can change. Retainers are non-refundable; however, they may be applied toward one rescheduled event within 12 months, subject to availability. Additional cancellation or rescheduling terms will be outlined in your service agreement.
